Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.
- Independently manage the sales lifecycle – from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces’ technology platform and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
