 Augustine Angels is now hiring Personal Attendants across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties to support adults with disabilities through Delaware’s Personal Attendant Services (PAS) program.

💚 What You’ll Do
  • Assist participants with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping).
  • Provide mobility and transportation support to appointments or community activities.
  • Support participants on the job or in their homes — empowering them to remain independent.
  • Deliver compassionate, reliable, and respectful care that changes lives.

🕒 Flexible Schedules | Full-Time & Part-Time
  • Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.
  • Work directly with participants in your community.

💵 Pay & Benefits
  • $18–$20/hour starting pay (higher for experience).
  • 24/7 support team and backup coverage system — you’re never alone in the field!

✅ Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Compassion, reliability, and commitment to participant independence.
  • Pass background screening (State of Delaware requirement).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
