ROLE DESCRIPTION: SALES POSITION
This is a sales-focused role requiring proactive outbound calling and in-person visits to local businesses. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting and securing new customers to drive growth.
As sales team member for Philip Watson Insurance and Financial Services, you play a crucial role in expanding our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as the key liaison between customer needs and our agency teams. You will enhance customers’ lives by proactively marketing tailored insurance and financial products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions covering comprehensive financial planning and insurance solutions.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay informed on market trends and product offerings to effectively position solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance and financial services sales.
- Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: FINRA Series 6 and 65 licenses.
