Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the development, review, and oversight of individualized care plans for clients receiving non-medical home care services. This role includes supervisory visits, caregiver training, and quality assurance responsibilities. The RN ensures that care provided is consistent with the client’s needs and adheres to regulatory and agency standards. 

 Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients and develop person-centered care plans.
  • Update care plans as client conditions change.
  • Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and care plan adherence.
  • Train and support caregivers.
  • Document all assessments, updates, and visits.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and staff to coordinate care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance.
Qualifications
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in { job.state }
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred)
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to supervise and support non-clinical staff
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits
  • Familiarity with state home care regulations and best practices

Compensation: $150.00 - $900.00 per week
