We're seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our team at Summit Shopping Centre, Kamloops! We are hiring for FULL-TIME positions for individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Team Member Position Overview:

As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Firehouse Subs, ensuring each guest receives top-notch service and delicious subs. You'll work closely with your team to maintain our high standards and uphold our mission of supporting public safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

· Accurately prepare and assemble food orders to company standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.

· Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.

· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.

· Able to work on their feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Any other duties assigned by the Shift Leader/GM.

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 16 years old.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

· Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $17.85 - $21.00 per hour
