About Us:
Kingdom Signs and Graphics is a growing sign shop based in Pensacola, Florida. We design, produce, and install all types of commercial and custom signage — from vehicle graphics and wall murals to post signs, channel letters, and beyond. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Sign Installation Specialist to join our team on an as-needed / contract basis, with potential for full-time employment as we grow.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a well-rounded, hands-on installer who can handle a variety of sign installations safely and professionally. You’ll represent our brand on-site, ensuring every installation meets our high standards of quality and precision.

Responsibilities:

Install vinyl graphics and wraps on windows, walls, floors, and vehicles
Mount dimensional letters, channel letters, and sign panels (HDU, aluminum, acrylic, etc.)
Set posts and ground signs, including concrete footings when needed
Operate ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts (boom/scissor lifts) safely and efficiently
Assist with site surveys, measurements, and sign layouts
Follow installation drawings and instructions with attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent our company professionally on every job site
Occasionally assist with shop production, including vinyl cutting, lamination, and sign assembly

Qualifications:

2+ years of varied sign installation required
Proficiency in vinyl application (vehicles, windows, walls, floors)
Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial lifts (certification a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret installation drawings, blueprints, and measurements
You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (company vehicles may be available as needed)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Knowledge of common sign fabrication materials (HDU, ACM, PVC, acrylic, aluminum, etc.)
Basic carpentry and fabrication skills for building sign frames, posts, and mounting systems
Experience mixing and finishing paints, adhesives, and coatings
Familiarity with mounting hardware and installation methods for a variety of surfaces (brick, stucco, drywall, glass, vehicles, etc.)
Ability to perform minor repairs or maintenance on existing signage
Strong sense of layout, spacing, and visual alignment to ensure professional presentation
Basic computer literacy for reviewing design files, proofs, or installation diagrams

Schedule & Pay:

Contract / As-Needed basis, flexible hours depending on workload
Typical hours: Monday–Friday from 8-5. Other hours could be dictated by client needs, equipment availability etc.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($25–$30/hr)
Potential for full-time employment as our business grows

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
