Daphine Willingham - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Life Insurance Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult on life insurance products to customers.
- Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims.
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
- Following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Meet monthly sales goals set by the agency.
- Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
- Assist customers with policy applications.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Prior Life Insurance Sales Experience Required
- Licensed Life and Health Producer
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

- Our office is located in SE Phoenix (Ahwatukee Foothills).
- Our office is open Mon - Fri 9:00 to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am - 1 pm.
