CASE 1 — Alternating Support with Personal Care & Toileting Assistance (3 Shifts/Week)

Client Details

A Cresco client seeking steady support during both morning and evening hours. This home benefits from a caregiver who can assist with personal care, toileting routines, meals, and transportation. Female caregiver preferred.
Note: The client often ends shifts early.

You’ll support with:

• Personal care
• Toileting assistance
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Alternating daily schedule:
– 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
– 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

CASE 2 — Midday Mobility Support & Meal Prep (1 Shift/Week)

Client Details

A Cresco client needing gentle mobility assistance, help with meals, and occasional transportation during midday hours.

You’ll support with:

• Mobility assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• May require transportation
• Midday schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

CASE 3 — Morning Companionship & Light Personal Care (2 Shifts/Week)

Client Details

This Cresco home is looking for a caregiver who can provide friendly conversation, light personal care, and help with daily routines.

You’ll support with:

• Personal care
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation
• Morning schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

CASE 4 — Morning Support with ADLs, Medication Reminders & Meal Prep (1 Shift/Week)

Client Details

A Cresco client needing assistance with daily living tasks, medication reminders, and meal preparation. Flexible, time‑to‑time scheduling.

You’ll support with:

• Medication reminders
• Assistance with ADLs
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Flexible morning scheduling

Must‑Have Skills & Qualities

• Warm, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable with personal care
• Strong communicator
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Able to follow steady routines
• Female caregiver preferred where noted

Requirements (Must Have)

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• 18 years or older
• Able to pass background screening
• Physically able to assist with personal care and mobility
