This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and paid training from our agency.
Role Description
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll help clients protect and grow their wealth by offering tailored insurance and financial solutions. You’ll develop long-term relationships, provide expert guidance, and proactively market products that meet clients’ evolving needs—all while achieving strong personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business – Identify opportunities, present tailored insurance and financial products, and close sales with confidence.

Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver results.
- Strong communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
