We’re currently expanding our network of experienced 1099 siding and exterior subcontractor crews to keep up with strong homeowner demand throughout St. Charles County and the Greater St. Louis area.

Work You’ll Perform

We’re seeking professional crews who specialize in:

  • Vinyl siding (ProVia HeartTech and similar systems)

  • Soffit and fascia installation

  • Aluminum wrapping and exterior trim

  • Occasional fiber cement, wood, or multi-trade exterior projects

  • Supporting insurance restoration and retail exterior work

Requirements

To qualify for subcontracted work, all crews must provide:

  • Valid driver’s license (not expired)

  • Social Security card or FEIN letter (matching your entity name)

  • Signed W-9

  • Proof of active General Liability ($1M / $2M aggregate) and Workers’ Compensation ($1M) coverage

  • Signed OSHA Compliance Agreement

  • Must have your own tools, safety gear, and reliable transportation

All policies must cover the trade(s) being performed and match the insured entity on your license or FEIN.

Compensation & Payment

  • Paid per project on a per SQ or unit basis depending on trade

  • Rates are competitive and consistent across all exterior work types

  •  Payments are processed promptly after completion of approved work, per independent contractor agreement

Compensation: $500.00 - $10,000.00 per week
