Ports O’ Call Insurance Services, a member of Coastal Insurance Group, Inc., Captive Agent for Allstate, Based in Southern California. 

One of Southern California’s Premier Allstate Agencies ( top 3% in USA ) serving all California Counties, has once again expanded and is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Professional for a position to sell personal lines. We don't just write a lot of policies we have one of the highest customer retentions and lowest loss ratios for agencies our size. That is because our focus is on quality sales.

About the Role
We’re looking for a career insurance producer — someone who thrives on selling and wants to keep doing it.
This is a stable, high-performance role for closers who want structure, accountability, and real earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Work remotely as part of a structured, high-performance sales team
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with a mix of warm and cold leads
  • Create quoting opportunities, not just receive them
  • Quote, present, and close Auto, Renters, and Umbrella coverage
  • Follow proven workflows and compliance standards
  • Hit or exceed monthly activity and production goals
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty license (CA Resident and CA Non-Resident Licenses Accepted)
  • 2+ years of insurance or high-volume sales experience
  • Strong closing skills and competitive mindset
  • Organized and self-driven in a remote environment
Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST
  • A wired home office internet connection
  • A private home office to handle sensitive customer communications from
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay + uncapped commissions

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $4,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
