The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Coach to join our team and empower customers to achieve their financial and legacy goals. As a Wealth Coach, you will serve as a trusted partner, guiding customers to build wealth through disciplined capital accumulation, protect it through prudent risk management, and distribute it effectively as income for themselves and a legacy for their heirs. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives on fostering deep relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

•  Wealth Building: Partner with customers to develop customized strategies for wealth accumulation.

•  Wealth Protection: Work with customers on risk management, earnings and wealth protection to safeguard their financial future.

•  Wealth Distribution: Guide clients in creating sustainable income streams for personal financial needs and achieving legacy goals for heirs or charitable causes.

•  Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, deliver personalized coaching and exceptional service tailored to individual needs.

•  Education and Empowerment: Coach customers on financial decision-making, helping them understand complex concepts and feeling confident in their choices.

•  Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of Wealth Coaches to deliver holistic solutions and uphold our commitment to “Your Wealth. Our Mission.”

Qualifications

•  Experience: 3+ years in wealth management or a related field, with a proven track record of building relationships.

•  Certifications: ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant); Series 6/63 and 65 a plus.

•  Skills:

        •  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for coaching and empowering customers.

        •  Strong knowledge of capital accumulation strategies, risk management, income planning, and estate/legacy planning.

        •  Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

        •  Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial tools and software.

•  Attributes: Customer-centric, empathetic, and proactive, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to build trust and inspire confidence.

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
