Position: Pest Control Technician & Sales Representative
Location: La Grange, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

This position combines pest management service duties with direct customer sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable identifying and treating pest problems as they are building rapport with clients, presenting service plans, and closing sales. Strong communication skills, initiative, and a genuine drive to help customers maintain pest-free spaces are essential.

Responsibilities

·         Perform pest inspections and apply treatments for residential and commercial customers
·         Identify pest types, entry points, and conducive conditions
·         Develop customized treatment and prevention plans based on findings
·         Generate new business by actively prospecting and following up with potential clients
·         Present pest control service options and maintenance plans to new and existing customers
·         Upsell additional services where appropriate and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
·         Maintain accurate service and sales documentation through company systems
·         Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent required
·         Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
·         TDA pest control license preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
·         Previous experience in pest control, sales, or customer service is an advantage
·         Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
·         Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including attics, basements, and crawlspaces
·         Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
