We are a leader in parent education seeking qualified individuals to join our dynamic team of instructors.
Position Overview
We are seeking qualified and engaging ESL/TESOL Certified Instructors to join our Parent Education team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality English language and parent education workshops using our established curriculum.
Your goal is to create a supportive learning environment that helps parents build English proficiency while gaining the skills needed to support their children’s education.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate ESL/English language workshops for parents and adult learners
• Deliver curriculum in an engaging, clear, and structured manner
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess participant needs and support language development
• Maintain accurate attendance records
• Track progress and provide basic documentation when required
• Communicate effectively with school staff and program coordinators
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• TESOL / ESL Certification (required)
• Strong English language instruction skills
• Experience teaching adult learners
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Experience teaching ESL in school or community-based settings
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Familiarity with culturally responsive teaching practices
