About the Role:
Join Generator Supercenter of East Orlando as an Assistant Installation Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring top-notch installation services for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Install Manager in overseeing daily installation operations and team performance.
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Train and mentor installation technicians to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide updates.
- Maintain inventory of installation supplies and equipment.
- Support the implementation of new installation procedures and technologies.
- Prepare reports on installation progress and team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installation management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
