Are you a high-energy, sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and helping people protect what matters most? Will Thomson State Farm is seeking a motivated Account Representative who can drive new business while maintaining exceptional client service. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and eager to grow your income and career, this is the opportunity for you.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and paid training provided by our agency.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth – Proactively market and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.

  • Educate & Recommend – Explain coverage options clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Build Customer Loyalty – Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

  • Support Policy Management – Assist customers with applications, renewals, and coverage updates while ensuring accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

  • A sales-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
