What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers in person, over the phone, via video calls, and email.
- Reach out to potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and provide accurate quotes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Identify opportunities to ensure customers have the right insurance coverage for their needs.
- Close sales by recommending appropriate insurance products and services.
- Engage with a diverse range of people every day.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Preferably has experience with State Farm.
- Motivated to set and achieve goals.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in managing time and tasks.
- Enjoys working in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at multitasking, such as talking and typing simultaneously.
- Passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses protect themselves.
- Able to build rapport easily, whether in-person, on the phone, or through video.
- Experience in customer service, sales, finance, banking, bartending, or athletics is a plus.
- Comfortable following structured procedures to ensure clients receive the right products.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
