This individual is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, small construction projects, landscaping, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions. The Maintenance Associate reports directly to the Facilities Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Inspect property on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility under the direction of the Facilities Manager
• Other duties as required
• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance preferred
Compensación: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
