Endurance Group is actively seeking a Project Manager - Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Interagency Coordination Group (JIACG). The Project Manager provides day-to-day coordination and management of project schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for the Joint Interagency Coordination Group (JIACG) within the Front Office of the Secretary of War. This position ensures synchronization across multiple Service Component organizations, contracting entities, and internal program offices. The Project Manager drives disciplined execution of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring all activities align with established timelines and strategic objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure program milestones are accurately tracked, updated, and reported.
  • Liaise daily with Service Component contracting organizations, program offices, and other mission stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and task completion.
  • Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and conflicts, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain program momentum.
  • Support the Chief of Staff and Director in developing, refining, and communicating program timelines and status updates.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and decision materials for senior leadership based on IMS data.
  • Provide analytical insights into schedule performance, resource utilization, and critical path analysis.
  • Manage tasking coordination and assist in preparing for milestone reviews and readiness assessments.
  • Ensure all schedule data complies with organizational standards and supports effective decision-making across stakeholders. 
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 5–10 years of program or project management experience in complex defense or government environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience supporting Department of War (DoW) or equivalent federal organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Project and related schedule management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage interdependent schedules and coordinate with multiple external entities.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on actionable execution and accountability.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI required at time of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Deep understanding of federal program management principles and schedule integration practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including dependency mapping, critical path management, and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with senior leaders, contractors, and interagency partners.
  • Ability to synthesize complex scheduling data into concise management products.
  • Familiarity with DoD and DoW operational structures, acquisition processes, and reporting mechanisms. 
Supervision and Reporting 
Reports to the Chief of Staff, JIACG, and supports coordination across Service Components, contracting organizations, and interagency stakeholders. Operates under limited supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in managing program schedules and resolving issues.

Work Environment / Travel
Work is primarily conducted within the Arlington area in a secure, classified environment. Occasional travel to external meetings or coordination sessions may be required (up to 10%). 
Compensation: $217,459.00 per year
