TrueCut Insurance LLC is hiring a driven, licensed P&C Sales Agent for a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm shift with a rotating weekend schedule. This role starts with a generous hourly base of $24.04/hour. On top of that, you can earn monthly performance bonuses and carrier incentives, so your income grows with your results. Top performers here can earn well above base.
We are an independent Property & Casualty insurance agency with access to multiple top carriers. That means more ways to find the right fit for each customer, more policies closed, and more money in your pocket. Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where phone communication, customer service, and teamwork are important. We're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, competitive, and comfortable working with customers over the phone.

Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset and the drive to maximize your earnings
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide personalized insurance quotes across multiple carriers, tailored to each customer's needs
- Confidently close sales and effectively address customer objections
- Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that builds trust and fosters long-term customer retention
- Hit and exceed monthly goals to unlock bonuses and carrier incentives
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation
