Your Role : We are looking for a Fabricator Welder who is a "Real Professional". 🏆 Your ability to join and shape metal is crucial to the success of our projects. You will be responsible for executing welding work with the utmost precision and quality, either in our workshop or directly in the field, ensuring the integrity of our structures and equipment. Your work is a key piece that keeps our "cart" strong and moving.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execute and supervise high-quality welding operations in the workshop and in the field, following the most demanding standards.
  • Fabricate, repair, and install structural components and perform repairs on heavy machinery and construction equipment.
  • Maintain welding equipment in optimal condition and perform quality inspections to ensure flawless work.
  • Strictly comply with all safety regulations, because "Taking Care of Ours" 🌍 is our top priority.
  • Read and interpret drawings and technical diagrams to execute welding work with millimeter precision.
  • Maintain high productivity without compromising safety or quality, demonstrating your commitment to "Throw the Rest" 💪 into every task.
What We Look for in You: An "Always Pa'lante" 🏃 Professional
  • Verifiable Experience: Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience. Minor experience will be considered if you demonstrate exceptional technical ability.
  • Certifications: Certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS) are highly desirable, but not a prerequisite if your expertise is solid.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery in reading and interpreting plans and technical specifications.
  • Team Attitude: Ability to collaborate with construction crews and other team members, because "Together We Are More". 🤝
  • Logistics: Residence in the Metropolitan Area or within a reasonable distance (preferably less than 45 minutes) to facilitate the transfer.

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
