Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and manage tech tools or software platforms that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with teams to optimize workflows and ensure that both our field operations and tech integrations are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a service-based industry.
- Familiarity with tech operations, software tools, or platforms that support operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to improving processes.
