The Residential Landscape Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships within the residential maintenance division which also includes small commercial. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of residential landscaping including procuring contracts and enhancements and driving customer satisfaction. The Account Manager ensures profitability and quality while leading field teams and coordinating with internal departments.

Enhancement & Sales Support
- Identify, propose, and sell new landscape and irrigation installations as well as enhancements, seasonal color, and irrigation improvements.
- Plan and manage small commercial landscape installation projects from proposal to completion.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets for client review and approval.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams for project implementation.

Administrative & Financial Management
- Track project costs, labor hours, and materials to ensure accurate billing and financial performance.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for projects and properties.
- Track performance metrics such as labor, indirect/direct costs, etc.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the company
- Conduct detailed property walks to assess quality, identify enhancement or installation opportunities, and anticipate seasonal needs.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding scheduling, performance, and upcoming seasonal needs
- Handle client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Operational Oversight
- Coordinate and oversee daily and weekly operations for assigned properties and projects.
- Work closely with crew leaders and production staff to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality work.
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to ensure profitability and contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on all job sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape account management, preferably in the residential sector.
- Knowledge of horticulture, turf management, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
