About The Learning Experience
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team of early childhood educators. Our infant program provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where babies grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the infant classroom, ensuring a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for each child.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage sensory exploration and early developmental growth.
- Partner with families to communicate daily routines, milestones, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain consistency and quality in care.
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- ECE certification (required) for Infant Teacher level in Massachusetts.
- At least 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
