RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Acquire new customers using high quality leads provided by our agency.
- Helping customers find the coverage that fits their needs.
- Meeting with customers for policy reviews to review coverages.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Energetic, works well with a team and independently.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
