RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
- Process applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in an understandable way.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
- Relevant Property & Casualty licenses are a plus or willingness to obtain required certifications
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
