This role is for experienced mitigation leaders, not entry-level supervisors.

The job
We’re looking for a Mitigation Manager who has already run crews, managed active losses, and understands what it takes to keep jobs moving, customers informed, and work completed correctly and profitably.

You’ll be in the field, leading from the front. You’ll be expected to make decisions, solve problems, and hold your team accountable.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and manage mitigation crews handling water, fire, mold, and environmental losses
  • Run daily huddles and plan labor, equipment, and job flow
  • Oversee board-ups, tarping, water mitigation, mold remediation, and cleanup work
  • Inspect job sites for quality, safety, and completeness
  • Be the main point of contact for customers when issues come up
  • Meet with homeowners and adjusters on site and handle issue resolution
  • Control labor, materials, and production to keep jobs on budget
  • Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready
  • Handle on-call responsibilities, including nights and weekends
  • Use phones, tablets, and job management software to track jobs and documentation
  • Work closely with other departments to keep projects moving
  • Lead by example and enforce standards
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience leading mitigation crews
  • Solid understanding of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
  • Calm, clear communication with customers and team members
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for job management
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed
