Location: Bentonville, AR (Serving NW Arkansas & SW Missouri)
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000+ (Commission & Overrides – No Salary, No Cap)
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays, Evenings, and Some Weekends

Overview

Five Star Bath Solutions of the Ozarks is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional closer who excels in relationship-based selling, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering quality remodeling solutions to homeowners.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess project needs and present customized bath remodeling solutions.
Execute a proven sales process to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through project close.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Earn commissions on personal sales plus overrides on team performance.

Qualifications

Proven success in outside or in-home sales (home improvement experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal oriented.
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

We are your local bathroom remodeler specializing in all things bathroom remodeling including tub to shower conversion, bath tub to shower conversion, small bathroom remodels, safety bath installation, new shower installation, and more.
