Success in this role relies on your ability to provide excellent customer service, adhere to trained procedures, complete account transactions with minimal errors, great attention to detail, and presenting prompt solutions to inquiries.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful when it comes to identifying solutions & maintaining efficiency.
This role is an administrative position that interacts heavily with clients, industry partners, and the general public.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Answer account questions and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Oversee daily operations of the service dept of the business.
- Manage phones and emails while adhering to proper timelines & deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in a receptionist or customer service role.
Prior experience in a professional office setting such as banks, legal offices, medical offices etc. preferred but not required.
Computer proficiency with office systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, CRM Systems, Microsoft Suites etc.
Ability to multi-task in accounts without compromising attention to detail.
Professional communication skills and business acumen.
Prior sales experience or experience working with commissioned sales associates.
COMPENSATION: Compensation dependent on experience. Part time & Full Time Scheduling Available

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
