We're hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions across the Kansas City Metro Area (both KS and MO).
What You'll Be Doing
As a valued PCA, you’ll provide essential non-medical support that allows our clients to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. Your day-to-day work might include:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene
- Providing companionship and a friendly presence
- Offering mobility support

Meal preparation and light housekeeping
A Note on Experience: Experience with tools like Hoyer lifts or gait belts is a plus, but don't worry—it’s not required! We support your learning.

What You'll Bring to the Role
We're looking for individuals who share our commitment to compassionate, respectful care.

Experience: A minimum of six months to one year of Adult Caregiving or PCA experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Professionalism: Strong communication and customer service skills.

Reliability: Access to reliable transportation (a valid driver’s license is a plus).

Tools: A smartphone for scheduling and communication.
