Rental Car Agent
We are seeking an Experienced Rental car Agent for our in-house rental fleet at Coconut Point Ford. If you are a motivated TEAM player with excellent communication and organizational skills come join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing our Ford in-house rentals, you will be responsible to inspect all vehicles for damage prior to and upon return, along with ensuring that vehicles are clean and ready to for next rental. It will be the agents responsibility to obtain all the necessary information from the customer and to get rental agreements signed.
Coordinate customer vehicle pick up and delivery for service repairs.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Service Advisors
- Working with the Warranty staff, providing information for payment and reimbursement for the vehicles
- Working closely with the sales administration staff
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat referral business
