Our agency has proudly served the community since 2009 and is home to a talented team of five experienced professionals who share a passion for helping others. I’ve been a business owner my entire life, which has given me a deep appreciation for hard work, structure, and teamwork — qualities that define the way our office operates today.
Outside of work, I live on the beach and a horse farm, where my love for horses keeps me busy. Family is everything to me — I’m one of nine children and a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren. Our office is also pet-friendly, and we’re big supporters of local police, fire departments, and veterans’ organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
