We proudly serve Central Texas, including Bastrop, Travis, Williamson, and Fayette Counties. We are committed to providing client-centered, results-driven legal services, and are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Associate Attorney will handle a docket of family law matters. This role requires courtroom advocacy, strong legal writing, client management, and collaboration with senior attorneys and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters, from intake through final disposition.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop strategies.

• Attend and advocate at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients.

• Ensure accurate documentation of case files and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Texas.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in family law and/or civil litigation preferred (strong candidates with less experience will be considered).

• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a full caseload.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Environment:

This position requires a consistent presence in our Bastrop office at least 4 days per week during the initial training period. Hybrid arrangements may be available upon approval.
