We’re hiring Cleaning Technicians to join our crew servicing commercial kitchens throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. Currently part time with potential for full time in the future for the right individual.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll travel to local restaurants, hospitals, schools, and stadiums to help keep kitchens clean, safe, and eco-friendly. Tasks include:
- Deep-cleaning commercial kitchen equipment, walls, floors, and ceilings
- Cleaning and maintaining deep fryers with specialized vacuum equipment
- Using microfiltration machines or removing used oil for recycling
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness on job sites
- Communicating professionally with clients and teammates
- Assisting with onboarding/training of new team members
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in high-heat environments
- Must be comfortable working early mornings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Commercial kitchen or janitorial experience helpful, but not required — we’ll train you!
