What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Provide friendly, accurate customer service, including answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
- Use strong communication skills to educate customers and support business growth
- Work closely with the team to meet marketing and sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude
- Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Interest in learning about and marketing insurance products

- Property & Casualty (must have or be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
