Studio Fitness Manager (Lead Coach)
Job Type: Full-time
Must live within 10 miles of Marin County, CA
Role Summary:
This is a hybrid leadership position blending high-quality coaching, team development, and studio operations. You’ll lead by example on the floor while managing the rhythm of the studio and supporting our coaching team’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach a minimum of 15 high-energy classes per week
- Mentor, train, and support a team of coaches
- Manage class scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operations
- Build relationships with members and support retention
- Collaborate with ownership on performance goals, events, and growth strategies
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) (required)
- 2+ years of group fitness or personal training experience (required)
- Leadership or team management experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Passion for fitness, team culture, and community-building
- Weekend availability required, flexible schedule required
