PureDropIV is seeking highly qualified Client Schedule Coordinator with excellent customer service skils, and an ability to multitask in a face-paced environment to join our team.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for coordinating IV therapy appointments between clients and nurses, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth, timely communication. Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and other communication media.
· Set appointments for clients, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.
· Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent or changing client needs.
· Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client schedules and appointments.
· Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, record maintenance, and file organization.
· Assist in managing client information and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
· Prepare and distribute necessary forms, documents, and reports related to client scheduling and appointments.
· Communicate and collaborate with internal management teams to facilitate seamless operations.
· Utilize software systems and tools to manage and track client schedules and appointments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a scheduling or similar role, ideally in a medical or in-home care setting. Must thrive in fast-paced environments with high appointment volumes.
- Organization: Exceptional skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage competing demands and adapt to changing client needs.
- Communication: Professional and courteous verbal and written communication.
- Customer Service: Empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated to excellent service.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with staff and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology and confidentiality regulations is a plus.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changes in schedules and client needs.

Education/Experience Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1-3 years of customer service experience
· 1-3 years of experience as a Schedule Coordinator or similar role
· 1-3 years of sales experience
· 1 year of experience with medical terminology (preferred)
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
