💼 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and close restoration service opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Conduct site visits and inspections within your assigned territory
- Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation in CRM
- Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent True North’s brand with professionalism and integrity

- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year experience in outside sales or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
