We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Sandblaster to join our team in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Requirements:
This position requires the candidate to have a great attitude, be self-motivated, punctual, team player.
Duties
- Training will be provided by direct Supervisor
- Working with Confined Spaces with abrasive blasting machines and sand blasters.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Skills
- Sand Blasting Background
- Confined spaces Background
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Spanish is plus but not required.
