This position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions, with potential earnings of $50,000–$140,000+ per year depending on performance. We are a design-to-build interior remodeling company serving the Ann Arbor area since 2003. From initial design to final construction, we handle projects with our in-house construction teams, maintaining efficient timelines while delivering beautiful results. Our goal is to create an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and appreciated, and where they can build long-term careers.
As a Salesperson / Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will design and coordinate projects, working closely with clients and suppliers to bring visions to life. You’ll manage documents, estimates, and materials, and travel to job sites to measure, evaluate, and close projects. You’ll also provide exceptional client service while guiding customers through their design choices.
We are looking for candidates with experience in ProKitchen or 20/20 software, an associate degree or relevant work experience, 3D visualization and spatial planning skills, solid computer knowledge, and the ability to travel locally (mileage reimbursed). Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree and intermediate MS Office Suite skills.
If you are eager to learn, think creatively, and provide excellent service, and if you can commit to your team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. Apply now!
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

What is the work environment like?
What is the work environment like?
We don’t just say that “we make our employees feel valued” in a job description. We show it in our competitive compensation and benefit package:
We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans, Simple IRA with match, paid vacation time, and 10 paid holidays. But we go above and beyond that, with company-supplied trucks and tools, free training, new DreamMaker gear twice a year, and a monthly employee-to-employee recognition program to celebrate successes all year long.
We also offer employee activities throughout the year, such as barbecues, holiday parties, ice cream Fridays, fishing trips, and other get-togethers (as COVID allows).

That’s the stuff you probably expect. But what’s the day-to-day like?
Our team members have created a company culture that promotes teamwork, friendship, and a commitment to excellence. More than 1,400 projects later, we have developed specific processes that have been proven to work on every job. For example, we use Microsoft Teams to connect with our designers and other staff via video chat, text, or phone, or to find documents and other information.
