We’re seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our service team.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and assist with service check-in and scheduling

  • Coordinate communication among customers, service advisors, and technicians

  • Manage incoming phone calls, appointment reminders, and repair status updates

  • Ensure accurate documentation of repair orders and customer information

  • Assist with warranty submissions, parts coordination, and service follow-up

  • Support overall shop flow to help ensure timely, high-quality repairs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in automotive service, customer service, or scheduling (preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems

  • Positive attitude and a team-first approach

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
