About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Porter to join our team at Amigo Auto Repairs. This role is perfect for someone who loves cars, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. As a Porter, you’ll play a key part in keeping our shop clean, safe, and efficient — no automotive experience required!
What You’ll Do
- Safely move customer and shop vehicles around the lot and in/out of service bays
- Keep the shop, bays, and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist with general shop maintenance — sweeping, trash removal, cleaning equipment, organizing tools
- Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, or vehicles as needed
- Wash and vacuum vehicles when requested
- Manage our small fleet of loaner cars — keep them clean, fueled, and on schedule for maintenance
- Perform light quality control checks to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up
- Support technicians and service advisors with small tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (a plus!)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day and lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $700.00 - $850.00 per week
