Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager with deep expertise across data platforms, cloud migrations, BI modernization, and GenAI/Agentic AI/AIOps delivery. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of leadership experience driving large-scale, complex transformation programs in enterprise environments. This role requires strong delivery ownership, strategic stakeholder engagement, and hands-on governance for data and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, roadmaps, and deliverables with business and technical leads.
  • Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource models.
  • Track and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all phases and milestones.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of data transformation, cloud modernization, and GenAI/Agentic AI programs.
2. Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
     data engineers, BI developers, cloud teams, analysts, and product owners.
  • Enable seamless communication between technology and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct recurring stakeholder reviews and provide updates to senior leadership.
3. Risk & Issue Management
  • Proactively identify and track project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Build risk mitigation plans and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical risks and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure full adherence to enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.
  • Oversee solution testing, UAT, validation, and production release cycles.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for data integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation:
     project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and lessons learned.
  • Deliver periodic status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics to drive accountability and improvement.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in project management or service delivery roles across data, cloud, and analytics ecosystems.
  • Proven delivery experience in:
    • Data warehouse and data lake implementations
    • BI/reporting platform development
    • Legacy-to-cloud data platform migrations
    • Data governance and compliance frameworks

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, BI tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems.
  • Mandatory: Experience delivering GenAI solutions, Agentic AI workflows, or AIOps, beyond basic chatbots.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, distributed, cross-functional environments.
Compensation: $65.00 per hour
