We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to support adult programs in the Gilroy and Watsonville areas, including the launch of a new Enhanced Behavior Program and ongoing supervision within an established day program. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about adult services and interested in shaping high-quality programming for adults with behavioral support needs.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will support clinical programming for adults with developmental or behavioral needs across two locations. Responsibilities will include helping build a new adult Enhanced Behavior Program in Gilroy and providing supervision for RBTs in a day program in Watsonville. This role is ideal for someone who values leadership, collaboration, and meaningful impact in adult services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and behavior support in adult-service settings
- Develop or implement behavior plans tailored to adults with diverse needs
- Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and direct care staff
- Support data systems, program fidelity, and service quality
- Collaborate with administrative and interdisciplinary teams on program goals and development
Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Strong preference for experience supporting adults in behavioral or community-based programs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Comfort with leadership responsibilities and program development

We provide quality behavior analysis services for schools, families, and students of all ages and capabilities. We use behavior-analytic science to analyze student behaviors and skills and develop interventions and programming to decrease problematic behavior and increase appropriate functioning. We provide functional behavioral assessments, functional analyses, full-time instructional RBT aides, as well as consultation services.
