Job Description:
As a Pharmacy Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of pharmacy team. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Assisting pharmacists in the compounding and preparation of medications.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of medication formulas and inventory.
- Operating and maintaining pharmaceutical equipment and instruments.
- Compounding non-sterile preparations and ensuring techniques are followed.
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure the purity and accuracy of medications.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Associate's degree or certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Lab Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment and laboratory procedures.
