No experience is required. Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support are provided so you feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with bedtime routines and personal care

  • Monitor client safety and well-being throughout the night

  • Provide reassurance, companionship, and calm support

  • Help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes

  • Make a meaningful difference during quiet overnight hours

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references

  • Previous caregiving experience helpful but not required—full training provided
