The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting technical drawings and proficient in welding, mechanical and electrical diagnostics, and operating fabrication tools. This role requires a strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems and the ability to perform service and repairs independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality welding and fabrication based on technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operate torches, grinders, plasma cutters, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and other measuring devices accurately.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Hydraulic Systems: Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems used for stage deployments, slide-outs, leveling, and lifting mechanisms on our units.
  • Perform basic electrical diagnostics and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Use basic math skills to perform measurements and conversions.
  • Operate forklifts and other metalworking equipment.
  • Maintain and utilize personal tools for mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of fabrication experience required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical system experience.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Proficient in using fabrication and metalworking tools.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Must own and maintain personal tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in industrial or heavy equipment fabrication and repair.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
