At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, overnight caregivers provide more than supervision—you deliver reassurance, stability, and compassionate care during the hours when clients need it most.
Your presence helps seniors feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night while giving families lasting peace of mind.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support so you feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with bedtime routines and personal care
- Monitor client safety and well-being overnight
- Provide reassurance, companionship, and calm support
- Help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes
- Deliver meaningful care during quiet overnight hours

What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
