As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Shapiro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for helping others and possess strong interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply. No insurance experience is necessary, we will provide you with all the training you need. There will be sales goals with this position so if you aren't comfortable asking for business then this position may not be suitable for you. State Farm is the largest Auto and Home Insurance in the country as we provide great personal customer service and looking for a Spanish speaking representative to help service and grow our customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
