About this position
- We are looking to fill a short term contract
- Shifts are 7 days a week and ranging anywhere from 4 hours up to 12 hours
- No overnight shifts
- All shifts between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Health Care Aide to become a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. The ideal candidate must have experience with complex needs and non-verbal clients in a professional and empathetic manner, and dedicated to promoting independence, dignity, and a high quality of life for our client.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/ Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Qualifications
- Health Care Aide or Disability Support Worker Certificate
- must have experience with complex needs clients
- available between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- must be available between April 20 and May 25 2026
- Access to Internet/mobile phone
